It is hard to believe that we are approaching almost three weeks since Hurricane Ian hit beautiful S.W. Florida. with a direct hit to Lee County. Our communities, livelihoods, homes, businesses, along with the places so many enjoy and love have been devastated.
First, we want to assure everyone that all staff and families of Kenoyer Real Estate and its managed resorts are safe and accounted for. Many were greatly affected by this tragedy and our hearts go out to each and every one of them.
The business office as well as all KRE managed resorts took on substantial storm surge flooding and wind damage, therefore, we are doing our best to work remotely for the time being conducting everyday business and assesssing the damage with the insurance adjusters, etc. in order to begin the recovery process. Although most of us were without electricity, water, internet, phones for quite some time, we now have the ability to receive phone calls as well as emails.
In the future specific details on the status of each resort will be provided by your respective properties (resort managers) through their website and/or facebook page.
Again, we thank you for your continued understanding and patience while we recover from this difficult time. Unfortunately, this will not be a “quick” turnaround. Your prayers and support are most welcomed and very much appreciated!!
